Riders Compete In SWVHJA Show At Bridgewater College Equestrian Center

WEYERS CAVE, Va. – Bridgewater College riders participated at the Southwest Virginia Hunter/ Jumper Association (SWVHJA) show hosted at the Bridgewater College Equestrian Center.

Crystal Carter and her own I'm Not Missing Blue collected two firsts and a second in the Adult Pleasure division—clinching the championship. The pair also finished with two seconds and sixth in the Special Adult Hunter division, which earned them a reserve championship.

Caroline Shipe rode Bridgewater College's West Edition to two sixth-place finishes in the Green Hunter division.

Jordan Criss placed sixth in Adult Equitation on the Flat aboard Bridgewater College's Alejandro, Criss also placed fourth in the Randolph College Medal riding BC's Cassiopeia.

Megan Heffernan rode Bridgewater College's Conteazi to a sixth-place finish in the Randolph College Medal. Heffernan also earned a seventh-place recognition in Adult Equitation on the Flat aboard Bridgewater College's Finally Mine.

Zellie Wothers and Conteazi earned a sixth-place finish in Special Adult Hunter over fences.

K'Leigh Williams and Bridgewater College's Crazy Train earned both a fifth and a sixth-place finish in the Pleasure Hunter division.

Hannah Foster competed on Bridgewater College's Endeavor in the Intermediate Hunter division, claiming second, fifth and sixth-place finishes.

Savannah Laury also piloted Endeavor to a fourth-place finish in the Special Adult Hunter division over fences.

Kara Kline and Bridgewater College's Finally Mine earned two sixth-place finishes in the Adult Pleasure Hunter division.

Lauren Watts won the Randolph College Medal aboard Kamerra Brown's Graceful Exit. Watts also rode Graceful Exit to a fifth-place finish in Special Adult Hunter under saddle.

Erika Ramirez rode Heather Weaver's Rhea to second, fifth and sixth-place finishes in the Intermediate Hunter division.

Katie Dunnock and Rhea also received a seventh-place recognition in the Special Adult Hunter division over fences.

Jenna Chappell and Bridgewater College's Ringo Star earned a fifth-place finish in the Pleasure Hunter division.

Becky Scoggin rode Bridgewater College's Rio Grande to a fourth-place finish in the Adult Pleasure Hunter division.

Katelyn Dugan and her own Sir Winston took a fourth-place prize in the SWVHJA Adult Medal and sixth place in the Adult Hunter division over fences.

Lauren Woody and her own Skip's Super Apollo rode to a win and a fourth-place finish in the Pleasure Hunter division.

Meagan Escobar piloted Bridgewater College's Tin Man to a third-place and two fifth-place finishes in the Special Adult Hunter division.

Callie Isaacs took the fifth-place prize in the Randolph College Medal aboard Bridgewater College's Up in Smoke.

Jessi Scoggin and Bridgewater College's Zenith earned a seventh-place recognition in the Adult Pleasure division.

Izzy Ammendolia showed Bridgewater College's Latin Lover in the Special Adult division, as well as her own Wisewood Discotek in the Adult Pleasure division.

Megan Morgan piloted Bridgewater College's Last Dance in the Pleasure Hunter division.

Melissa Lempicki and her own Bear's Pegasus competed in the Pleasure Hunter division.

Morgan Sowers competed her own Duke's Golden Playboy in the Pleasure Hunter division.
