Riders Compete At Polar Bear Show

LEXINGTON, Va. - Bridgewater College riders competed at the recent Polar Bear II Southwest Virginia Hunter/ Jumper Association (SWVHJA) show held at the Virginia Horse Center.

Megan Heffernan showed Bridgewater College's Conteazi in the Green Hunter division, she also competed in the Special Adult hunter division.
Jordan Criss competed Bridgewater College's Raphaela in Adult Equitation on the Flat capturing first place. Criss also took third and fifth in the Special Adult division. Criss also rode Rosemary Thomas's Tin Man in the VHSA Associate TB Hunter taking two firsts and fourth.
Crystal Carter showed her own I'm Not Missing Blue in the Adult Hunter Pleasure earning a fifth. Carter also competed in the Special Adult Hunter's capturing a first and two fourth's.
Zachary Hinch rode his own Leonardo in the Adult Hunter Pleasure earning two thirds and a fourth. Hinch also placed second in the VHSA Medal.
Lauren Woody showed her own Skips Super Apollo in the Hopeful Hunters.
Nina Cirucci showed Rosemary Thomas' Tin Man in the Hopeful Hunters capturing first, second and third. 

Michaela Jeuick showed Bridgewater College's Raphaela in the Hopeful Hunters finishing with two thirds. 

Erika Ramirez rode Bridgewater College's Rhea in the Hopeful Hunters capturing second, fourth and fifth. 

Hannah Foster showed Bridgewater College's Endeavor in the Hopeful Hunters finishing with a first, fifth and sixth. 

Laurin Watts rode Kamerra Brown's Grateful Exit in the VHSA Associate TB Hunter and placed second, third and fourth. Watts also competed in the Special Adult hunters finishing fourth.

Olivia Persinger rode Kamerra Brown's Caliente to a second, fourth and fifth in the VHSA Associate TB Hunter.
Katie Dunnock rode Heather Weaver's Rhea in the Special Adult Hunter division capturing two fifths and sixth.
Callie Issacs rode Bridgewater College's Diamond Dutchess in the Special Adult Hunter division.
