Pybus Earns ODAC Player of the Week Honor

SALEM, Va. - Senior forward Christina Pybus netted three goals and an assist on the week earning her Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) Field Hockey Player of the Week honors for the second time this year.

Pybus notched two goals in Thursday's 4-3 victory over Shenandoah in the home finale, before netting the game-tying goal and assisting on the game-winning goal in Saturday night's 2-1 conference victory over Roanoke.

A native of Manassas, Va., Pybus has tallied 13 goals on the year, which is the highest goals total for the Eagles in over 10 years.

Pybus also earned ODAC Player of the Week honors on September 14 following a three goal week. 

Pybus and the rest of the Eagles now await the conference tournament pairings for the ODAC conference tournament.
