Men's Golf Sits Fifth at Glen Heath Memorial

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - The Bridgewater College men's golf team sits in fifth place after the opening round at the Glen Heath Memorial.

The Eagles carded a 315, just one stroke behind ODAC rival Shenandoah (314).

Christopher Newport opened up a big lead in the team standings with a 294, while another ODAC school- Virginia Wesleyan- is second with a 308.

Luke Hill led the Eagles with a 77, one shot ahead of Ronald Uszenski (78).

Eugene Dillon and Ocean Armstrong each carded an 80 to complete BC's team score, while Jeremy Pannebaker shot 81.

The Eagles will play the final round in Williamsburg tomorrow, their last competitive round before the ODAC championships on April 23-25.
