Drumheller Joins Men's Lacrosse Program as Assistant Coach

BRIDGEWATER, Va. - Jordan Drumheller has been named the assistant men's lacrosse coach at Bridgewater College.

Drumheller joins the Eagles from Catawba College, where he was an assistant for the past four seasons.

"Jordan did an outstanding job throughout the interview process," said head coach Mic Grant. "His passion for the game and his players was something that resonated throughout the process and also with his previous employers."

Before that, he was an assistant for the inaugural season of men's lacrosse at Huntingdon College. The Hawks won five games in 2012, their first year of competition, and then seven games in their second season.

Drumheller was also an assistant at Sewanee College for one season in 2011.

The Severna Park, Md. native graduated from Greensboro College in 2010 with a degree in exercise/sport science and a concentration in coaching.

While at Greensboro, he was a three-year starter at attack. As a junior, he led the team in points and helped the Pride to 10 wins, the second most in school history.

"He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from his time on the Division 2 and 3 levels," added Grant. "I truly believe that he will be a welcomed addition and mesh well with our players."
