Men's Tennis Defeats Roanoke 7-2 in Season Finale; Floyd Sets Singles Wins Record

In the regular season finale at the BC Tennis Courts, the Bridgewater Eagles (12-5, 7-2 ODAC) men’s tennis team upped its record to 6-1 on the season with a 7-2 victory over the visiting Roanoke Maroons. Sophomore Brent Floyd posted his 20th win of the season on the day to snap the single season wins record at BC.

Following senior Chris Radke's close defeat at number one singles, the Bridgewater Eagles swept the remainder of the singles matches before Emory & Henry took all three doubles matches as the Eagles held on for a 5-4 win in ODAC men's tennis action.

After taking an even match into doubles play, the Bridgewater Eagles men's tennis team could only come up with one doubles victory as the team fell to the Averett Cougars in an out-of-conference clash by a 5-4 score.
