SALEM, Va. - Bridgewater College's Jordan White turned in an impressive fourth-place finish Saturday to lead the Eagles to fourth place in the team standings at the ODAC Men's Cross Country Championship Meet hosted by Roanoke College at Mowles Spring Park.
White finished the 8K course with a time of 27:45.32. Teammate Jake Griffin also turned in a solid run and finished in 14th place. White earned first-team All-ODAC honors with his performance while Griffin was named to the All-ODAC second team.
Brian Barnett was BC's third runner in 25th place. Ryan Speray in 30th place and Adam Eakins in 34th rounded out the team scoring for the Eagles.
Lynchburg College won the 10-team meet with a score of 33 points. Virginia Wesleyan was second with 48 points followed by Washington and Lee third with 81 and Bridgewater in fourth with 99.
Lynchburg's Ricky Flynn was the individual champion with a winning time of 26:45.38.
