NEW ORLEANS – The Bridgewater Eagles men's cross country team earned 2012 All-Academic Cross Country status announced by the U. S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) on Friday.
To qualify as a USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team, the team must have a cumulative team GPA of 3.10 or better.

The sophomore finished 19th overall at the South/Southeast Regional Championship meet and crossed the line in 16th place at the ODAC meet.
