FOREST, Va. – Bridgewater College junior Briana Moore earned a spot on the All-ODAC second team released Thursday by the conference office.
"Bri has had a fantastic season," said Eagles' first-year coach Sarah Mathews. "She's shot the ball really well all season and as the season progressed not only did she score well for us, but she picked up her rebounding, especially at the offensive end."
Moore led the Eagles and ranked fourth in the ODAC in scoring with a 16.4 average. She also added 6.2 rebounds per game from her guard spot. Moore played her best in conference games where her averages jumped to 17.8 points and 6.8 rebounds. Her in-conference scoring mark ranked second in the ODAC.
Moore has scored in double figures in 22 of the Eagles' 25 games. She has topped the 20-point mark seven times this season, including a season-high 27 points in a road win over Virginia Wesleyan that matched her career-high.
The Waynesboro, Va., native ranked fourth in the ODAC in 3-point percentage (39.8 percent) and eighth in free throw percentage (80.2 percent)
