Women's Track Finishes at Princeton, Liberty

PRINCETON, N.J. – Amber Celen had two more record-setting runs at Princeton, with the rest of the Bridgewater women's track & field team competing at Liberty on Saturday.

Celen placed second in both the 100 and 200 meters against primarily Division I opposition.

Her time of 24.51 in the 200m was a new school record and the fastest in Division III this season. She ran 11.76 in the 100m, the second-fastest time in D-III and a new ODAC record.

The Eagles' only track runner down at Liberty was freshman Emily Valle. She placed fourth in the 400 hurdles with the BC #2 all-time time of 1:07.02, and was also 10th in the 100 hurdles (15.69).

Courtney Adams was sixth in the pole vault, clearing 3.20m/10'6". Felicia Clements was also sixth in the high jump (1.55m/5'1"), with Adams clearing the same height and placing seventh on total attempts.

Kathryn McElroy also had a top-10 finish in the triple jump, placing ninth with a mark of 9.91m/32'6.25". Valle was 13th in the long jump (4.87m/15'11.75"), with McElroy in 20th.

In Saturday's throwing events, Katelyn Senger was 10th in the javelin (30.91m/101'5") and 19th in the hammer (36.00m/118'1"). Sydne Moseley threw 23.23m/76'2" to place 19th in the javelin.
