RUSTBURG, Va. – The Bridgewater College equestrian team dropped to Charleston 7-2 in a neutral site matchup on Saturday.
In the fences,
Jimena Garcia Nunez was able to tie her opponent with 84 points, but the Cougars won the event 4-0.
Kelsey Quinn picked up the first point in the flat beating out her opponent 90-83 on Eddie.
Delaney Broderick continued the scoring securing the second point of the day winning her matchup 82-80.
BC picked up 791 total points while Charleston closed out the day with 823 points.
Bridgewater returns to competition next Saturday to take on Sewanee beginning at 10 a.m.
