ST. MARY'S CITY, Md. - Bridgewater College men's swimming totaled an impressive 206 points en route to a win among three other teams Saturday on the road.
Alessandro Nani found ways to stay in the groove and shine for the Eagles all day. Nani won the 200-yard medley relay, the 50 Breast (27.52), and the 500 Free (5:05.60).
The Eagles exploded with strong results right out of the gate with first and second place results in the 200 medley. Then Kaleb Erb won the 100 IM as Alex Bae, Ben Beaudoin, and Nate Herrman took third, fourth, and fifth.
Christian Carroll earned a win in the 50 Back for a solid time of 24.84. The Eagles placed first and second in the 100 Fly and the 50 Free. Carroll kept going in his winning ways with another win in the 100 Free with a time of 49.22.
Zachary Erb took the win in the 100 Breast for a time of 59.51. The Erb brothers then rounded out the day with a solid first and second place finish in the 200 IM with 2:01.48 and 2:01.90 times.
