GREENSBORO, N.C. - Bridgewater College men's swimmer Zachary Erb rounded out the NCAA Swimming Championships in the final day of action in the 200-yard breaststroke prelims Saturday at Greensboro Aquatic Center. Erb comes home with All-American honors.
After a standout performance in Friday's action with a third-place finish in the finals of the 100-yard breaststroke (53.73 SCY), Erb returned for the final day on the national stage in the 200-yard breaststroke. Erb took 12th place individually in the prelims with a time of 1:59.54.
Erb later competed in the consolation finals taking a time of 1:59.23 and placing 11th overall individually. Erb's memorable trip to the nationals comes to a close after three days of competing. With the third-place finish in the 100 Breast, Erb garners All-American honors.
