2018 Outdoors: Placed 3rd in the 4x400m relay at the Jopson Invite (4/13).

2018 Indoors:  Member of the men's 4x4 relay at the VMI Winter Relays with a seventh place finish with an overall time of 3:25.71. 

2017 Outdoors: Set new personal-best time in the 400 meter with a time of 51.70 at the ODAC Championships...Member of 4x400 meter relay team that placed fourth at the Doc Jopson Invite...Placed fourth in the 400 meters at the Doc Jopson Invite. 

2017 Indoors: Member of 4x400 relay team that placed fifth in at ODAC Championships...Posted a personal-best 500 meter time of 1:09.57 at Patriot Games.
