2019 Outdoors: Placed fifth in the javelin at the ODAC Outdoor Championships... Eighth in the javelin at the W&L Carnival... Finished seventh in the javelin at the Goucher College Track Classic... Fourth in the javelin at the Doc Jopson Invite.

2019 Indoors: Did not compete.

2018 Outdoors: Won the 4x100m relay and placed 4th in the 100m and 200m at the Doc Jopson Invite (4/13)... Placed 4th in the javelin (46.42m) and 15th in the 200m (23.69) while setting PRs in each, and was also part of the 2nd-place 4x100m relay team at ODAC championships (4/20-21).

2018 Indoors: Placed 13th in the 60 meters at ODACs (2/25).

2017 Outdoors: Third team All-ODAC in the 4x100 meter relay. Tossed a new season-best javelin throw mark of 44.32 meter (145'5") at the ODAC Championships...Member of 4x100 meter relay team that placed third at the 2017 Liberty Collegiate Invite.

2017 Indoors: Posted season-best 60 meter time in ODAC Championships with a time of 7.20. 

2016: Member of the Salisbury track & field team.

High School: 1st Team All-State... 1st Team All-District, All-Metro and All-Region... District champion in track in 100 meters, 200 meters and 4x100m relay... Placed 3rd in state in the 100 meters and 4x100m relay.
