2014: All-Region honors...first team All-ODAC...placed sixth at ODAC Championships...ODAC All-Academic team...finished 29th at South/Southeast Regional Championship...placed 228th at NCAA Championships...finished fourth at Shenandoah Valley Invitational.

2013: All-Region honors...second-team All-ODAC...finished 10th at ODAC meet...placed 25th at South/Southeast Regional Championship..finished 219th at NCAA Championships...finished 33rd in the 8K race at Dickinson Invitational. 

2012: ODAC Rookie of the Year...first-team All-ODAC...placed 11th at ODAC meet...placed 43rd at South/Southeast Regional Championship...placed 12th at Eastern Mennonite University Royals meet...placed 8th at Christopher Newport Inivitational.

Prep: Two time all-district.
