2015: Finished 16th at ODAC Championships...Came in 26th at Lock Haven Invitational...Placed 58th at South/Southeast Regionals.

2014: Finished 18th at ODAC Championships...placed 13th at the Shenandoah Valley Invitational...finished 91st at Princeton Invitational...ODAC All-Academic team.

2013: Finished 19th at ODAC meet...placed 52nd at South/Southeast Regional meet...finished 13th at Shenandoah Valley Invitational.

2012: Finished 44th at ODAC meet...finished 18th at Doc Jopson Invitational...finished 22nd at Eastern Mennonite University Royals meet.

High School: All-District three times in cross country... All-District four times in indoor track and individual champion three times in a row at 500 meters... Region Champ and two-time state medalist in the 500 meters... All-District three times in outdoor track... district champ in the 4x400 twice and once in the 400... Region champ in the 4x400 and state medalist in the 4x400 and 800 meters...graduated with highest honors by maintaining a 4.0 GPA or above through all four years... A/B honor roll all four years.
