2014: All-Region honors...first team All-ODAC...finished seventh at ODAC Championships...placed 20th at South/Southeast Regional Championships...finished 229th at NCAA Championships...ODAC All-Academic team.

2013: All-Region honors...second-team All-ODAC...placed 11th at ODAC meet...finished 17th at South/Southeast Regional meet...named to USTFCCCA All-Academic team...finished 177th at NCAA Championships...finished 55th in 8K race at Dickinson Invitational. 

2012: Finished 22nd place at ODAC meet...was 46th in South/Southeast Regional meet...finished 11th at Doc Jopson Invitational...was 39th at EMU Royals Invitational...finished 29th at the CNU Invitational.

High Shcool: District champion...district runner of the year... all region.

Personal: Has one sister, Andrea...Son of Timothy and Karen Thomas...majoring in biology...born October 7,1992.
