2020 Indoors: Second Team All-State as a member of the 4x400m relay... 46th in the 800m (2:03.10) at the Camel City Invitational... Seventh place finish in the 500m at the Liberty Kickoff (1:07.28)... 32nd in the 800m at the VMI Keydet Invitational (2:09.80)... Won the 800m at the Wilkins Center Invitational (2:01.71). 

2019 Outdoors: Seventh in the 800m at the ODAC Outdoor Championships... Member of the winning 4x400m relay team and finished eighth in the 400m at Goucher College Track Classic... Fourth in the 800m and second in the 4x400m relay... 36th in the 800m at the Liberty Twilight Meet.

2019 Indoors: Placed seventh in the 400m at the ODAC Indoor Championships.
