2024 Outdoor: Seventh in the 10,000m run at the Doc Jopson Invitational (34:51.5)...competed in the 800m run for the first time at the North River Meet crossing the line at the 2:17.65 mark...posted a time of 16:46.81 in the 5,000m run at the Washington and Lee Carnival.

2024 Indoor: Fifth in the 5,000m run at the Robert Comstock Cardinal Classic (16:57.54)...clocked a 9:37.90 finish in the 3,000m run at the VMI Winter Relays...ninth in the 3,000m run at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (9:40.07).

2023 Outdoor: Secured a personal best time of 33:06.83 in the 10,000m run at the ODAC Championships which is the sixth fastest time in program history...second in the 10,000m run at the Doc Jopson Invitational (33:16.16)...recorded a season best time of 15:53.26 in the 5,000m run at the VertKlasse Meeting.

2023 Indoor: Ran a career best 15:43.17 in the 5,000m run at the George Mason Patriot Games securing the 10th fastest time in program history...seventh in the 3,000m run at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (9:08.86)...crossed the line at the 4:38.18 mark in the mile at the ODAC Championships.

2022 Outdoor: Ran a career-best 10k at the ODAC Championships for a 12th place finish (34:02.47) while taking 21st  in the 5k (17:48.78)... Primarily focused on the 5k, recording a season-best 16:17.51 at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic for 11th place.

2022 Indoor: Took fourth in the 3k at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational ... placed 10th in the 5k with a personal-best time of 16:05.52 at the Keydet Invitational ... finished 14th at the ODAC Championships in the 5k.

2021 Outdoor: Won the 10k at the North River Invitational (35:17.33)... Personal best in the 5k at the W&L Carnival (16:09.34)... 10th in the 1500m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (4:20.77)... 30th in the 5k meter run and new personal best at the Dennis Craddock Invitational (15:55.36)... Placed 20th in the 10k (36:33.11) and 17th in the 5k (16:30.47) at the ODAC Championships. 

2021 Indoor: USTFCCCA All-Region... Placed seventh in the 5k (16.51.10) at the VMI Winter Relays. 

High School: All-State athlete in cross country and the 3,200 meter run.
