2026 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500m, 5000m, and 10,000m... Clocked personal bests in all three events with a 4:35.05 1500 at the WildCat Invitational on Apr. 18, a 16:34.21 5k at the W&L Carnival on Mar. 20, and a 34:41.75 10k at the Doc Jopson Invitational on Mar. 27. 

2026 Indoor: Competed in the mile, 3000m, and 5000m... Recorded personal bests in the mile and the 3k... Ran a 5:00.41 mile at the Shane Stevens Winter Invitational on Jan. 24, and a 9:44.78 3k at the Rockingham Collegiate Classic on Feb. 20. 

2025 Outdoor: Competed in 1500 meters and the 5,000 meters...Earned a personal best in the 1500 at the Wildcat Invitational with a time of 4:49.41.   
 
2025 Indoor: Competed in the 3,000 meters and the 5,000 meters...Earned two personal bests at the Cardinal Classic in 5,000 (17:16.20) and at the VMI Classic in the 3,000 (9:57.78).  
 
2024 Outdoor: Did not see competition. 
 
2024 Indoor: Placed 11th in the 5,000m run at the Robert Comstock Cardinal Classic crossing the line at the 17:30.85 mark...registered a 10:08.40 finish at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational.
