2024 Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 110m hurdles at the North River Meeet (17.74)...clocked a 24.83 finish in the 200m dash at the Doc Jopson Invitational to secure a new personal best in the event...11th in the 110m hurdles at the ODAC Championships (18.23).
2024 Indoor: 14th in the 60m hurdles at teh ODAC Championships (9.72)...sixth in the 60m hurdles at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (9.93)...timed a 25.97 in the 200m dash at the Joe LaRocco Invitational.
2023 Outdoor: Clocked a 1:05.00 finish in the 400m hurdles at the VertKlasse...finished 12th in the 110m hurdles at the ODAC Championships (18.56)...crossed the line at the 25.65 mark in the 200m dash at teh North River Meet.
2023 Indoor: Saw a season best in the 200m dash at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (25.78)...placed 14th in the 60m hurdles at the ODAC Championships (9.85).Â
