2021 Outdoors: Did not compete. 

2021 Indoors: VaSID Field Athlete of the Year... Set a school record in the heptathlon (4671) at the VMI Winter Relays... USTFCCCA All-Region in the triple jump 913.63m/44'8.75"), high jump (1.83m/6'0"), 60 meter hurdles (8.65) and heptathlon while being the ODAC leader in the high jump and holding the second best triple jump mark. 

2020 Indoors: First Team All-State in the multis and Second Team All State in the hurdles... All-Region in the 60m hurdles and heptathlon... ODAC Athlete of the Week after setting a school record in the 60m hurdles (8.25) at the Wilkins Center Invitational... Became the first BC athlete to complete and win a heptathlon at the NCAA South Region Final Qualifier... Earned a second place finish in the 60 meter hurdles (8.37) and a fifth place finish in the long jump (6.58m/21'7.25") at the ODAC Indoor Championships. 

2019 Outdoors: All-Region in the decathlon and 110m hurdles...  Won the triple jump and finished second in the 110m hurdles and eighth in the pole vault at the ODAC Outdoor Championships... Competed the first-ever decathlon for the Eagles... Won the triple jump and finished second in the 110m hurdles... Placed sixth in the long jump, third in the high jump, third in the pole vault and ninth in the shot put at the Doc Jopson Invite...Sixth in the 110m hurdles and fourth in triple jump at Elon... 13th in the long jump 23rd in the 400m and 18th in the discus at the Liberty Twilight Meet. 

2019 Indoors: All-Region in the 60m hurdles... Placed eighth in the long jump, fourth in the triple jump, and third in the 60 meter hurdles at the ODAC Indoor Championships... Second in the 60m hurdles and 11th in the triple jump at the Finn Pincus Invite... 12th in the long jump, fourth in the triple jump and eighth in the 60m hurdles at the Camel City Invite... Competed in the semi-finals in the 60m hurdles and placed eighth in the high jump at the VMI Winter Relays... 

2018 Outdoors: Won the 4x100m relay and was 2nd in the triple jump at the Jopson Invite (4/13)... Was 2nd in the 110m hurdles with a PR of 15.57 at ODACs (4/20-21).

2018 Indoors: Won the 60m hurdles at the Bast-Cregger Invite (12/1-2)... Placed 2nd in the 60m hurdles and triple jump at Franklin & Marshall (1/13)... Placed 2nd in the 4x400m relay and 5th in the 60 hurdles and triple jump at ODACs (2/25).

High School: 2-time Track and Field All-American...Team Captain.
