2021 Outdoors: Member of the winning 4x400m relay (3:33.53), placed third in the 400m (50.49) and third in the 200m (23.59) at the North River Invitational... Fifth place finish in the 200m (22.98) and a seventh place finish in the 400m (50.44) at the Lynchburg Hornet Open...  Second in the 400m (50.44) and fourth in the 200m (23.00) at the W&L Carnival... Won the 400m (49.51) and the 4x400m relay at the Doc Jopson Invitational... Doc Jopson 400m time is ninth best in school history... Second in the 400m (49.42) and 20th in the 200m (22.79) at the Dennis Craddock Invitational... Improved on his prior ninth best 400m time with the sixth best time in school history at the Dennis Craddock Invitational.

2021 Indoors: Third place finish in the 400m (52.57) and ninth place finish in the 200m (23.49) at the Finn Pincus Invitational.

2020 Indoors: Placed eighth in the 400m at the ODAC Indoor Championships (51.50)... 14th in the 400m at the Camel City Invitational (51.59). 

2019 Outdoors: Member of the second place 4x400m relay team to go with a fifth place finish in the 400m at the ODAC Outdoor Championships... Member of the winning 4x400m relay team at the Goucher Track Classic... Also placed fourth in the 400m at Goucher... 16th in the 400m at Elon. 

2019 Indoors: Placed sixth in the 400m and third in the 4x100m relay at the ODAC Indoor Championships... Finished 16th in the 400m and fourth in the 4x400m relay at the Finn Pincus Invite.

High School: Most Improved Award 9th grade cross country
