2020 Indoors: Second Team All-State as a member of the 4x400m relay... Finished fifth in the 400m (51.14), fourth in the 200m (22.65) and second as a member of the 4x400m relay at the ODAC Indoor Championships... 23rd in the 200m at the VMI Indoor Classic... 19th in the 400m at the Camel City Invitational (52.23)... Member of the winning 4x400m relay at the Wilkins Center Invitational (3:26.88). 

2019 Outdoors: All-American as a member of the Eagles 4x100m relay at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships... All-Region in the 4x100m relay... Won the 200m and placed second in the 200m at the W&L Carnival... Won the 4x100m relay and took sixth in the 200m at the ODAC Outdoor Championships... Won 4x400m relay and placed fifth in the 400m at Goucher College Track Classic... Won 4x400m relay and finished third in the 200m at the Doc Jopson Invite... Won 4x100 relay at Elon.

2019 Indoors: Finished third in the 400m and 4x400m relay at the ODAC Indoor Championships. Placed second in the 200m and seventh in the 400m at the Bast-Creggar Invite... Ninth in the 200m and 14th in the 400m at the Finn Pincus Invite.

High School: 4x200 state champion...4x400 state runner-up...third team 4x800
