2025 Outdoor: Competed in the 1500 meters, the 5,000 meters, and the 10,000 meters...Had a personal best time in the 10,000 at the ODAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 34:34.76 (15th)...Had a personal best time in the 5,000 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier with a time of 16:15.67. 

2025 Indoor: Competed in the mile, the 3,000 meters, and the 5,000 meters...Had a personal best in the mile at the Rockingham Classic (4:59.67)...Had a personal best in the 3,000 at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (9:32.61). 

2024 Outdoor: Set a new personal best in the 10,000m run at the ODAC Championships (34:44.79)...ran in the 800m run at the North River Meet claiming a new personal best time of 2:21.28...took seventh in the 1,500m run at the North River Meet (4:40.94).

2024 Indoor: Grabbed seventh in the 5,000m run at the VMI Winter Relays (16:41.60)...crossed the line at the 10:02.41 mark in the 3,000m run at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational.

2023 Outdoor: Seventh in the 5,000m run at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic recording a 16:35.73 finish...took seventh in the 10,000m run at the Doc Jopson Invitational (36:02.91)...ninth in the 1,500m run at the North River Meet (4:28.23).

2023 Indoor: Claimed a personal best in the mile at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (5:03.93)...clocked a 9:40.09 finish in the 3,000m run at the ODAC Championships.

2022 Outdoor: Ran career-bests throughout the season in the 1500m (4:39.5), 5k (16:45.43), 3200m (10:42.38) and the 10k (35:02.87)... Placed 15th at the ODAC Championships in the 10k.

2022 Indoor: Placed fourth in the 5,000 meter run at the VMI Team Challenge ... took 16th in the 5000m at the ODAC Championships in 16:46.40.

2021 Outdoor: Did not compete.
