2024 Outdoor: Registered a personal best in the 1,500m run at the Washington and Lee Carnival (4:15.18)...seventh in the 800m run at the Doc Jopson Invitational (2:02.47)...placed second in the 1,500m run at the North River Meet (4:23.37)...sported a new personal best in the 800m run at the WildCat Invitational (1:59.24).

2024 Indoor: Placed fourth in the 800m run at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (2:10.94)...ran in the 1,000m run at the George Mason Patriot Games (2:46.37)...20th in the 800m run at the ODAC Championships (2:08.83).

2023 Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 800m run at the North River Meet (2:06.35)...saw a season best in the 1,500m run at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (4:20.08).

2023 Indoor: Timed a season best in the 800m run at the George Mason Patriot Games crossing the line at the 2:09.52 mark...was a member of the 4x800m relay squad which finished sixth at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (8:47.80).

2022 Outdoor: Recorded career-best times throughout the season in the 200m (25.89), 800m (2:07.40) and 1500m (4:25.23)... Placed 22nd in the 800m (2:12.41) and 19th in the 1500m (4:25.23) at the ODAC Outdoor Championships.

2022 Indoor: Placed fourth in the 800m at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational ... ran a personal-best mile time at tthe Keydet Invitational.

2021 Outdoor: Eighth in the 800m at the North River Invitational (2:14.44)... Ninth in the 800m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (2:09.17)... Recorded a personal best in the 800m at the WildCat Invitational (2:08.54)... Finished in 32nd in the 800m at the ODAC Championships for an updated personal best (2:08.17).

2021 Indoor: Did not compete.
