Biography
2022 Outdoor: Placed tenth in the 10k (33:45.22) and 19th in the 5k (16:26.56) at the ODAC Championships.. Finished second in the 3200m in a dual meet with Eastern Mennonite (10:07.22)...Ran a career-best 1500m at the Doc Jopson Invitational to finish ninth (4:31.72).
2022 Indoor: Took eighth in the 3000 meter run at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational ... placed 11th in the 5000 meter run at the ODAC Championships.
High School: 3x Coaches award winner.
