2022 Outdoor: Threw career-bests in the hammer throw (45.66m/149'10") and discus throw (43.15m/141'7") during the season... Took tenth in the shot put (11.54m/37'10.5"), sixth in the discus throw (39.74m/130'4') and seventh in the hammer throw (42.92m/140'10") at the ODAC Championships.

2022 Indoor: Took second in the shot put (11.24 meters/36'10.5") and second in the weight throw (9.59 meters/31'5.75") at the Finn Pincus Invitational ... placed sixth at the Keydet Invitational in the weight throw with a best toss of 13.20 meters (43'3/75") ... set a personal best in the shot put with an 11.69 meter toss (38'4.25") to place 15th at the Roanoke Invitational Challenge ... took 10th in the weight throw (14.20 meters/46'7.25") at the JDL DMR Invite ... took 12th and 11th at the ODAC Indoor Championships in the weight throw and shot put, respoectively. 

2021 Outdoor: Placed sixth in the discus throw (37.89m/124'3") and fifth in the shot put (11.27m/36'11.75") at the Lynchburg Hornet Open... Seventh in the hammer throw (31.67m/103'11"), fourth in the discus throw (37.34m/122'6") and seventh in the shot put (11.40m/37'5") at the Doc Jopson Invitational... Won the hammer throw while recording a personal best and the sixth best mark in school history at the WildCat Invitational(42.67m/140'0") while also placing 13th in the shot put (10.95m/35'11.25") and sixth in the discus (38.79m/127'3")... 11th in the hammer throw (39.86m/130'9"), 13th in the discus (37.78m/123'11") and tenth in the shot put (11.67m/38'3.50") at the Dennis Craddock Invitational... Third in the hammer throw (43.04m/141'2") and fifth in the discus throw (38.37m/125'10") at the ODAC Championships. 

2021 Indoor: Two second place finishes in the weight throw (9.59m/31'5.75") and the shot put (11.24m/36'10.50") at the Finn Pincus Invitational. 

2020 Indoor: Finished 20th in the shot put (11.18m/36'8") at the ODAC Indoor Championships... 56th in the shot put (10.43m/34'2.75") and  31st in the weight throw (10.82m/35'6") at the Liberty Kickoff...  Finished in 40th in the shot put at the VMI Keydet Invitational (10.11m/33'2")... Took 12th in the weight (11.21m/36' 9..5") and 13th in the shot put (10.86m/35' 7.75") at the Wilkins Center Invitational. 

High School: All-State.
