2020 Indoors: Finished ninth in the 400m (51.76), 24th in the 200m (23.88) and fifth as a member of the distance medley relay (10:55.66) at the ODAC Indoor Championships... 32nd in the 200m at the VMI Indoor Classic (22.97)... 54th in the 200m at the Liberty Kickoff (23.17)... 38th in the 200m at the VMI Indoor Classic (23.36)... Fourth place in both the 400m (52.40) and the 200m (23.58) at the Wilkins Center Invitational. 

2019 Outdoors: Placed seventh in the 400m at the ODAC Outdoor Championships... Fourth in the 200m and fifth in the 400m at the W&L Carnival... Member of the winning 4x400m relay and took seventh in the 400m at the Goucher College Track Classic... Member of the winning 4x400m relay and finished fifth in the 400m and seventh in the 200m at the Doc Jopson Invite... 17th in the 400m at Elon.

2019 Indoors: Tenth in 400m and fifth in the 200m at the Bast-Cregger Invite... Fourth in 4x400m relay at the Finn Pincus Invite... 21st in the 400m at the Camel City Invite.
