2022 Outdoor: Competed in four meets for Bridgewater... Ran the 100m (11.81) and 200m (24.27) at the W&L Carnival... Ran his best 400m of the season at the Battleground Relays for a 12th place finish (54.89).

2022 Indoor: Part of 4x400 relay team that took third at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational (3:57.66) ... took 15th in the 200m at the Keydet Invitational in a field of runners from all three divisions of the NCAA.

2021 Outdoor: Member of the winning 4x400m relay (3:33.53) and placed 11th in the 200m (24.68) and 13th in the 400m (55.58) at the North River Invitational... 13th in the 200m (24.34) and 14th in the 400m (54.86) at the Lynchburg Hornet Open... Sixth in the 400m (50.44) and 14th in the 200m (24.58) at the W&L Carnival...  Fourth in the 100m (11.74) and fifth in the 200m (23.61) at the Doc Jopson Invitational... Seventh in the 400m (54.48) and 15th in the 200m (24.48) at the WildCat Invitational... Placed fifth in the 4x100m relay at the ODAC Championships (43.54).

2021 Indoor: 25th in the 400m (55.82) and 27th in the 200m (24.53) at the VMI Winter Relays.

High School: Coaches Indoor Track Award.
