2016 Indoors: Ran a personal-best time of 2:47.11 in the 1000 meter at Father Diamond Invitational…Ran personal-best time of 4:43.21 in the mile at Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational…Ran a season-best time of 9:29.40 in the 3000 meter at Crusader Classic…Posted season-best time of 17:01.62 in the 5000 meter at Liberty Kick Off.

2015 Indoors: Ran season-best 5K time of 16:47.38 at Darius Dixon Invite...ran season-best 1000 time of 2:55.86 at Liberty Open...ran season-best mile time of 4:57.66 at DuCharme Invite...ran season-best 800 meter time of 2:08.57 at Susquehanna.

Prep: All-district selection in cross country...Claimed the indoor district title in the 3,200 meter run...Four-time all-district choice in indoor track...Three-time all-district choice in outdoor track...Also swam for the Knights and was an all-region and all-district performer...,Competed on a Turner Ashby cross country team that finished 12th in the state in 2013...Also competed on a track and field team that claimed five district titles.
