2022 Outdoor: Finished the season with the 46th best 400m time in the country (48.63) recorded at the Mount Olive First Chance Qualifer... Was a member of the ODAC Champion 4x400m relay team (3:19.37) and took second in the 400m (48.69)... Won the 400m at the Battleground Relays (50.35).

2022 Indoor: Named VaSID first team all-state in sprints ... USTFCCCA All-South region honoree ... ODAC 400 meter champion (50.27) ... took second in the 4x400 relay at the ODAC Championships and sixth in the 200m (22.66) ... finished fourth in the 200m at the JDL DMR Invitational ... placed 3rd and 7th in the 400 and 200, respectively, at the Roanoke Invitational Challenge ... placed fifth in the 400m at the Keydet Invitational (52.35) ... finished second in the 200m (23.56) at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational ... took second in the high jump (1.68 meters/5'6") at the Finn Pincus Invitational and fiished fifth in the 200 and 400 meter runs (23.14/53.48) ... ranks sixth in Bridgewater history with a 22.66 in the 200m and third on the Eagles' performance list with a 50.27 in the 400m.

2021 Outdoors: USTFCCCA All-Region... Broke 36-year old school record in the 400m with a win at the Mount Olive Final Qualifier (48.37)... Time was 21st best in the country... Won the 200m (23.06) and 4x400m relay (3:33.53) at thte North River Invitational... Recorded the ninth best 200m mark in school history at the Lynchburg Hornet Open... Third in the 100m (11.47), second in the 200m (22.63) and third in the high jump (1.75m/5'8.75") at the W&L Carnival... Won the 400m (49.42) and placed second in the high jump (1.78m/5'10") and the 200m (22.54) at the WildCat Invitational...  Finished third in the 400m (48.49), third in the 200m (22.02) and second in the high jump (1.83m/6'0") at the ODAC Championships.

2021 Indoors:  Finished second the high jump (1.68m/5'6"), fifth in the 400m (53.48), and fifth in the 200m (23.14) at the Finn Pincus Invitational. 

2020 Indoors: Second Team All-State in 4x400m relay... Finished fourth in the 400m (51.07) and seventh in the 200m (22.99) at the ODAC Indoor Championships ... Member of the second place 4x400m relay team at the ODAC Indoor Championships... Eighth in the high jump at the VMI Indoor Classic (1.75m/5'8.75")... Placed 15th in the 200m at the Camel City Invitational (23.05)... 24th in the 400m at the VMI Keydet Invitational (51.91)... Member of the winning 4x400m relay at the Wilkins Center Invitational (3:26.88).
