2014 Outdoors: Threw season-best in shot put with a measurement of 42 feet, 6 3/4 inches at Liberty...threw season-best in discus with a measurement of 125 feet, 7 inches at ODAC Championships.

2013 Indoors: Threw season-best in shot put with a measurement of 42 feet, 9 1/2 inches at Crusader Classic...threw season-best in weight throw with a measurement of 37 feet, 10 3/4 inches at Lynchburg.

2013 Outdoors: Threw season-best in discus with 121 feet, 8 inches at Commonwealth Duals...season-best throw in shot put with 40 feet, 7 1/2 inches. 

2012 Indoors: Threw season-best 40 feet, 3 1/2 inches in shot put at Orange & Maroon Classic.
