2016 Outdoors: Ran a season-best time of 2:07.00 in the 800 meter at Jopson Invite...Ran a career-best time of 17:00.55 in the 5000 meter at Bridgewater Invite...Ran a personal-best time of 10:39.65 in the 3000 meter steeplechase at ODAC Championships.

2016 Indoors: Ran a season-best time of 5:04.83 in the mile at CNU-UMW-BC Triangular.

2015 Outdoors: Ran a season-best time of 17:00.87 in the 5000 meter at W&L Carnival...Ran a season-best time of 10:46.48 in the 3000 meter steeplechase at ODAC Championships...Ran a season-best time of 2:05.97 in the 800 meter at ODAC Championships...Ran a season-best time of 4:34.03 in the 1500 meter at Dr. Harry Jopson Invite.
