2018 Outdoors: Ran a PR of 60.46 in the 400 hurdles at W&L (3/16-17)... Placed 12th in the 400 hurdles at ODACs (4/20-21).

2018 Indoors: Finished 24th in the 500 meter with a time of 1:13.65 at the VMI Winter Relays...Clocked a time of 55.01 in the 400m at the Finn Pincus Invitational. 

2017 Outdoors: Ran a career-best time of 24.91 in the 200 meters at 2017 Liberty Collegiate Invite...Also at the 2017 Liberty Collegiate Invite, set a new career-mark in the javelin with a throw of 44.59 meters (146'3"). 

2017 Indoors: Posted a season-best time of 39.18 seconds in the 300 meters at Bast-Cregger Invitational.

High School: Four time All-State...Second place in Australian International Track Meet...Four time competitor in the Junior Olympics.
