2018 Outdoors: Finished 3rd in both the 1500 meters and 3000m steeplechase at ODAC championships (4/20-21).

2018 Indoors: Placed 7th in the 5K at the Bast-Cregger Invite (12/1-2).

2017 Outdoors: Placed 4th in the 3000m steeplechase (9:50.11) and 5th in the 1500m (4:01.22), both with PRs, at the ODAC championships (4/21-22)... Ran a 5K PR of 15:11.42 at Swarthmore (5/15).

2017 Indoors: Won the 3K at the CNU Quadrangular (1/13)... Won the mile with a PR of 4:26.63 at the Finn Pincus Invite (2/10-11)... Placed 5th at ODACs in the mile (2/26).

High School: Helped Knights win back-to-back cross country state championships...Three-time All-State in cross country...Two-time track and field state champion in the 1600m and 3200m...Received Scholar Athlete Award...2014 and '15 Citizenship Award recipient.
