2022 Outdoor: ODAC Champion in the 4x400m relay (3:19.37)... Recorded a career-best with a 15th place finish in the 200m at the ODAC Championships (23.00)... Career-best 100m at the W&L Carnival (11.50)... Won the 200m at a dual meet with Eastern Mennonite (23.27).

2022 Indoor: Competed in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m relay at the Roanoke Invitational Challenge as the Bridgewater team captured fifth (3:40.92) ... part of the 4x400 relay team that claimed second place at the ODAC Indoor Championships and the DMR team that took fourth.

2021 Outdoor: Second in the 800m at the North River Invitational (2:05.14)... Ninth in the 200m (53.12) and third in the 4x400m relay (3:35.03) at the Lynchburg Hornet Open... Won the 800m (2:00.82) and 4x400m relay at the Doc Jopson Invitational... Fourth in the 400m at the WildCat Invitational (51.05)... 22nd in the 800m at the Dennis Craddock Invitational (2:01.20)... Fifth as a member of the 4x100m relay team (43.54) and second as a member of the 4x400m relay at the ODAC Championships. 

2021 Indoor: Second in the 400m (52.54) and the 4x400m relay (3:34.98) at the Finn Pincus Invitational.

2020 Indoor: Finished 13th in the 800m (2:03.93) and in fifth as a member of the distance medley relay (10:55.66) at the ODAC Indoor Championships... 37th in the 800m (2:02.43) and 31st in the 400m (51.76) at the VMI Indoor Classic... Finished 58th in the 200m (23.17) at the Liberty Kickoff... 25th in the 400m at the VMI Keydet Invitational (52.77)... Fifth place finish in the 200m (23.18) at the Wilkins Center Invitational. 

High School: 3x State Champion... 2x All-American.
