2021 Outdoors: 23rd in the 1500m at the North River Invitational (4:42.39)... Fourth in the 3k steeplechase at the Lynchburg Hornet Open (11:03.66)... Third in the 3k steeplechase at the W&L Carnival (10:57.40)... Fifth in the 3k steeplechase at the WildCat Invitational (10:50.54)...  Tenth in the 3k steeplechase with his best time of the season at the ODAC Championships (10:31.74).

2021 Indoors: Did not compete.

2020 Indoors: Finished 12th in the 3000m (9:24.38) and 11th in the 5000m (16:14.19) at the ODAC Indoor Championships... 11th in the 3000m at the VMI Indoor Classic (9:19.86)... Placed 20th in the 5000m 916:29.45) at the Liberty Kickoff... Fifth place finish in the 3000m (9:25.29) at the Wilkins Center Invitational... Placed fifth in the 5000m at the Bast-Cregger Invitational (16:15.82).

2019 Outdoors:  Placed ninth in the 3000m steeplechase at the ODAC Outdoor Championships... Finished fourth in the 3000m steeplechase at the Goucher College Track Classic... Fifth in the 1500m at the Doc Jopson Invite... Placed 11th in the 5000m at the Liberty Twilight Meet.

2019 Indoors: Did not compete.

2018 Outdoors: Placed 4th in the 3000 meters at the Doc Jopson Invite (4/13).

2018 Indoors: Ran a 3K season-best of 9:55.75 at Frankling & Marshall (1/13).

High School: Cross country All-Conference in 2015 and 2016...All-Conference in 3200m in 2015 and 2016...All-Region in 3200m in 2016...NHS.
