2022 Outdoor: Ran a career-best 200m at the W&L Carnival (24.67)... Competed in the 800m at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (2:05.50) and at the Wildcat Track Festival (2:05.38).

2022 Indoor: Finished fourth in the 400m (56.03) at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational and part of relay team that took third in the 4x800 (8:49.00).

2021 Outdoor: 15th in the 400m at the North River Invitational (4:30.59)... Ran a personal best in the 800 meters for a fifth place finish at the W&L Carnival (2:05.07)... 12th in the 1500m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (4:21.51)... 13th in the 1500m at the WildCat Invitational (4:23.47)... 23rd in the 800m at the Dennis Craddock Invitational (2:01.57)... 19th in the 800m at the ODAC Championships (2:03.07). 

2021 Indoor: Ran a 4:47.99 mile for 18th place at the VMI Winter Relays.

High School: State Champion... Regional Champion.
