2022 Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the hammer throw, palcing 16th at the meet (53.88m/176'9")... VaSID All-State... Named ODAC Athlete of the Week after breaking school records in the hammer throw (53.25m/174'8") and the discus throw (50.09m/164'4") at the Wildcat Track Festival... Broke the hammer throw record again at the ODAC Championship with a second place finish (56.82m/186'5")... ODAC Champion in the discus throw (45.96m/150'9")... Also won discus throw titles at the Battleground Relays (45.96m/150'9") and at the Doc Jopson Invitational (43.70m/143'4").

2022 Indoor: Named VaSID first team all-state in throws ... earned USTFCCCA All-South region honors ... two All-ODAC second team accolades in the weight throw and shot put ... finished in the top 10 in the weight throw and the shot put in five of six compeitions this season ... placed third in the shot put (12.74 meters/41'9.75") and third in the weight throw (14.39 meters/47'2.5") at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational ... heaved 15.65 meters (51'4.25") to take third in the weight throw at the VMI Team Challenge and took sixth in the shot put ... earned a second-place finish in the weight throw (15.34 meters/50'4") and fourth in the shot put (14.35m/47'1") at the Roanoke Invitational Challenge. Ranks second in Bridgewater history in the shot put and weight throw.

2021 Outdoor: VaSID first team All-State... USTFCCCA All-Region... Named ODAC Athlete of the Week after his performance at the WildCat Invitational... Third in the javelin throw (36.80m/120'9"), sixth in the hammer throw (34.86m/114'4") fourth in the shot put (fourth (11.20m/36'9") and second in the discus at the North River Invitational (41.19m/135'1")...  Eighth in the hammer throw (36.13m/118'6"), third in the discus throw (43.39m/142'4") and second in the shot put (11.83m/38'9.75) at the Lynchburg Hornet Open... Discus throw mark at the Lynchburg Hornet Open is sixth best in school history... Recorded a new personal best with a third place finish in the shot put at the W&L Carnival (12.19m/40'0")... Won the discus throw at the Doc Jopson Invitational (46.69m/153'2")...  Won the shot put (13.50m/44'3.50") and the discus (46.29m/151'10") and placed second the hammer throw (42.04m/137'1") at the WildCat Invitational... WildCat Invitational hammer throw mark is ninth best in school history... Second in the discus (46.82m/153'7"), 13th in the hammer throw (38.73m/127'0"), fifth in the javelin (44.02m/144'5") and sixth in the shot put (126.9m/41'7.75") at the Dennis Craddock Invitational... Discus mark at Dennis Craddock Invitational is second best in school history... ODAC Champion in the discus (45.04m/147'9"). 

2021 Indoor: VaSID second team All-State... USTFCCCA All-Region... Placed sixth in the shot put (13.41m/44'0") and tenth in the weight throw at the VMI Winter Relays with a new personal best (12.60m/41'4.25").

High School: 5A Virginia Discus State Champion... 5th Place Shot Put State Championship.
