2018 Outdoors: Was 2nd in the hammer at W&L (3/16-17)... Won the shot put, discus and hammer at the Doc Jopson Invite, including a PR of 43.79 in the discus (4/13)... Won the ODAC title in the hammer throw (4/20-21).

2018 Indoors: Won the weight throw at the Bast-Cregger Invite (12/1-2)... Won the ODAC title in the weight throw (2/25).

2017 Outdoors: All-Region in the hammer throw... Won the hammer throw at the Doc Jopson Invite (4/1)... Placed 2nd in the hammer, with a PR of 51.71m, and the discus at ODACs (4/21-22).

2017 Indoors: Earned All-Region in weight throw... Named first team All-ODAC in weight throw with a career-best toss of 16.06 meters (52'8.25")... Set a new personal-best in the shot put with a throw of 13.39 meters (43'11.25") ini the ODAC Championships...

2016 Outdoors: Second team All-ODAC in the hammer...Season-best mark of 47.15 meters (154-8ft) in the hammer at Bridgewater Invite...Season-best mark of 11.95 meters (39-2.5ft) in the shot put at Jopson Invite...Season-best throw of 41.52 meters (136-3ft) in the discus at Bridgewater Invite.

2016 Indoors: Hit a PR mark of 12.03 meters (39-5.75ft) in the shot put at ODAC Championships...Tossed a personal-best 12.81 meters (42-0.5ft) in the weight throw at ODAC Championships.

2015 Outdoors: Tossed a season-best 10.39 meters (34-1.25ft) in the shot put at Roanoke Invitational...Flung a season-best 37.03 meters (121-6ft) in the discus at ODAC Championships...Posted a season-best mark of 29.88 meters (98ft) in the hammer at ODAC Championships.

2015 Indoors: Did not compete in any meets.

High School: Helped Hilltoppers to indoor and outdoor State Championships during sophomore and senior year.
