2019 Outdoors: Finished second in the 5k at the Doc Jopson Invite.
2019 Indoors: Placed 12th in the 5k at the Finn Pincus Invite.
2018 Outdoors: Placed 4th in the 10K at ODAC championships, with a PR of 32:54.90 (4/20-21).
2018 Indoors: Placed 3rd at the Bast-Cregger Invite with a 5K PR of 15:44.75 (12/1-2)... Placed 5th in the 5K and 8th in the 3K at ODACs (2/25).
2017 Outdoors: Set a new 10k personal-best time of 34:01.02 at the ODAC Championships...Placed fifth in the 10k with a time of 34:37.97 at the Dr. Jack Toms Alumni Invitational.
2017 Indoors: Ran a season-best mile time of 4:52.35 in the Patriot Games...Posted a new career-best time of 9:33.39 in the 3k at CNU Quadrangular.
2016 Outdoors: Ran a season-best time of 16:33.46 in the 5000 meter at W&L Carnival...Ran a season-best time of 34:48.09 in the 10000 meter at ODAC Championships.
2016 Indoors: Ran a season-best time of 4:53.39 in the mile at Crusader Classic...Ran a season-best time of 9:38.65 in the 3000 meter at CNU-UMW-BC Triangular...Ran a season-best time of 16:13.42 in the 5000 meter at ODAC Championships.
