2022 Outdoor: Placed tenth in the 3k steeplechase (10:15.33) and 17th in the 5k (16:11.48) at the ODAC Championship... Took tenth in the 3k steeplechase at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic (10:48.37)... Fifth in the 5k at the Battleground Relays (16:27.22).

2022 Indoor: Ran the 5,000 meter race in 15:53.61 to take sixth place at the Keydet Invitational ... finished sixth in the 3000 meter run at the Roanoke Invitational Challenge with a time of 9:05.60 ... on the squad that finished fourth in the DMR (10:40.23) at the ODAC Championships and took 10th in the 3000 meter in 9:07.24. 

2021 Outdoor: Finished second in the 10k at the North River Invitational (35:17.33)... 17th in the 5k at the W&L Carnival (16:36.91)... Seventh in the 800m at the Doc Jopson Invitational (2:07.10)... 36th and a season best time in the 5k at the Dennis Craddock Invitational (16:11.17)... 16th in the 10k (35:02.01) and 18th in the 5k (16:38.73) at the ODAC Championships. 

2021 Indoor: 13th in the 3k at the Finn Pincus Invitational (9:45.18). 

2020 Indoor: Finished 15th in the 3000m (9:28.87) and 16th in the 5000m (16:35.29) at the ODAC Indoor Championships... Finished 38th in the mile (4:36.03) at the VMI Indoor Classic...  64th in the 3,000 meters (9:18.68) at the Camel City Invitational... Ran a 16:29.57 5000m for an 11th place finish at the VMI Keydet Invitational... Second in the mile (4:40.17) at the Wilkins Center Invitational.

High School: 3rd Place Finisher in 2018 2A state Cross Country Championships... 3x All state Honors in Cross Country... 4x All State honors in Outdoor Track 3200m... 4x All-State honors in Indoor Track 3200m... Broke the school record in indoor track in the 3200m(10:18) and the 1600m(4:40)... Broke the cross Country School record(16:37)... Team Captain... 3x Cross Country MVP... 1x Indoor Track MVP... 2x Outdoor Track MVP... Senior Class Vice Preident... SCA representative... Wellness Club... Student Section Leader.
