    On Senior Day for the Bridgewater Eagles softball team, the Eagles exploded for 23 runs in 10 innings of play to dispatch visiting McDaniel in a non-conference tilt. Bridgewater won game one by a 13-3 score before taking the nightcap by a 10-1 score, with both games being called after five innings.

    Behind 31 runs on 39 hits across the two games, the Bridgewater Eagles softball team dispatched the host Emory & Henry Wasps by a 13-0 score in the first game before dropping the Wasps by an 18-0 tally in the nightcap to pick up the daily sweep. Both games were called after five innings of play.
