Eagles Tied for Fourth Heading Into Final Day of ODAC's

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Bridgewater College women's swimming team is tied for fourth place with Emory & Henry, heading into the final day of ODAC championship competition.

After setting a school record 4:47.42 in the morning session, Kelley Hilliker placed eighth in the 400 IM finals in 4:51.77. Rachael King was 10th in 4:53.19 and Phoebe Hart was 16th in 6:09.31.

Hilliker would also place eighth in the 100 back- in 1:01.45. Laurel Glover (1:06.35) was 15th and Morgan Beauregard (1:08.88) was 16th.

Emma Daw placed 12th in the 100 fly (1:02.74) while Genevieve Young (1:06.53) finished 14th and Beauregard (1:15.51) was 16th.

Jessica Touve placed 12th in the 200 free with a time of 2:04.69. Taylor Berard was 15th in 2:13.60.

The Eagles also placed 12th/15th in the 100 breaststroke finals with Olivia Heeb-Wade (1:11.93) and Jenna Walmer (1:15.25).

Hilliker, Walmer, Glover and Daw placed fourth in the 200 medley relay, in 1:55.29. Hilliker, Heeb-Wade, Touve and Glover were fourth in the 800 free relay (8:16.09).

In other Saturday morning prelims, Amanda Nesselrodt (1:06.76) was 17th in the 100 back. Jessy Wilson (2:25.34) was 19th in the 200 free.

The meet will conclude on Sunday with the 1650 free, 200 back, 100 free, 200 breast, 200 fly and 400 free relay.
