Eagles Hit The Road For First Round Game In ODAC Women's Tournament

FOREST, Va. - Bridgewater College will be on the road Tuesday night for the first round of the ODAC women's basketball tournament as the Eagles travel to Shenandoah University.

The ODAC office released the pairings for the conference tournament Saturday following the completion of the final games of the regular season. The top 10 teams in the standings qualified for the tournament with the No. 7 seed hosting the No. 10 seed and No. 8 hosting No. 9 in the first-round matchups.

Shenandoah upset Lynchburg, 57-49, on the road Saturday to move into a tie with Bridgewater for the No. 8 and No. 9 spots in the standings. Shenandoah earned the home game on Tuesday by virtue of its 73-62 victory over Bridgewater during the regular season.
