Courtney Adams

Two-time ODAC Field Athlete of the Year Courtney Adams was named the Eagles’ director of strength and conditioning in 2021 after previously working as the assistant director.

Adams, a four-year member of the Bridgewater track & field program, was named the ODAC Field Athlete of the Year in both indoor and outdoor this past year.

She won the ODAC indoor title in the triple jump while placing second in the pole vault and high jump. She earned All-Region honors in four indoor events, adding the 4x400m relay to those three field events.

She went on to win outdoor conference titles in the pole vault and triple jump, earning All-Region honors in those events along with the high jump. A stellar student, Adams was named USTFCCCA All-Academic as well.

Adams was also an All-Region high jumper in her sophomore and juniors seasons.

Adams graduated in 2018 with a degree in biology/health & exercise science.

She won six ODAC team championships with the Eagles, going 4-for-4 in indoor track.
