2022: All-ODAC... All-Region... Qualified for the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships... Recorded a season best 22:31.9 6k at the Paul Short Run... Recorded Top-10 finishes at SU Twilight Opener (2nd), Bridgewater Invitational (2nd), Paul Short Run (10th) and Aubrey Shenk Invitational (9th).Â
2021:Â All-ODAC.... ODAC Runner of the Week... Placed 1st in the Eagle Cross Country Challenge 4k (15:21.0)... 11th in the Bridgewater Cross Country Invitational 6k (24:45.2)... 9th in the ODAC Cross Country Championship 6k (24:29.5).
