2018: All-South Region after finishing 34th at the NCAA South/Southeast Region meet with a 24:11.52... 2nd Team All-ODAC... Placed 11th at ODACs with a 23:39.4 6K... Ran a 24:30.4 at the UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational... Finished 82nd at the Queen City Invitational... Fifth at Eagle Cross Country Challenge.
2017: 2nd Team All-ODAC... USTFCCCA All-Academic... Placed 3rd at the season-opening Eagles Cross Country Challenge (9/1)... Finished 11th at the Virginia Tech Alumni 4K in 16:06.1 (9/15)... Placed 13th at ODACs with a 6K best time of 22:42.3 (10/28)... Placed 52nd at NCAA Regionals (11/11).
2016: Did not compete in any varsity meets.
2015: Finished ninth at the Bridgewater Cross Country Challenge...finished 29th at the ODAC Preview...placed 44th at the ODAC Championships...came in 59th at the South Region Preview.
High School: Four time All-Conference cross country...Two time All-Region cross country.
